Each draft position description has a unique reference number which allows you to retrieve your draft as many times as you like for up to 30 days. The reference number is located at the top right hand corner of the screen in each step of the process.

Welcome to the PD Builder

The Position Description (PD) Builder is exactly as the name suggests - a tool to help you build and write a position description.

The position description generates in Microsoft Word and may then be customised to your agency's requirements.

Start a new blank position description. Select and edit a position description from the generic position description library.

Enter a Reference Number in the box below to retrieve an existing draft PD (drafts can be accessed for 30 days from when they are created)
